Head Quartered in Kurnool, Skandhanshi is one of the top construction companies with 15 years of experience acquiring more than 1 L+ customers. As of now, Skandhanshi has constructed an area of  70+lakh sq. ft which includes plots, apartments, commercial complexes, farm lands, and many more.

Skandhanshi has a proven legacy of delivering exceptional real estate projects across Kurnool, Anantapur, Nandyal, Tadipatri, and Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh, as well as Ballari and Bengaluru in Karnataka, and Hyderabad in Telangana. With new projects coming up in Warangal, we have successfully established our new office there to serve our local customers better and make our services more accessible.
